German term

s.A. ES

German to English Law/Patents Law (general) Austrian legal document abbreviations
Two abbreviations appear in an Austrian legal document, but I can’t find their meaning.
Both are apparently related to monetary categories. Here they are below with my translation.
1) s.A.
**This is a fine assessed by a Court.
USD 300.000,00 s.A.
umzurechnen in EUR zum Wechselkurs der EZB am Zahlungstag
USD 300,000.00 s.A.
to be converted into euros at the exchange rate of the European Central Bank (ECB) on the payment date
2) ES
**This occurs in is a list of expenses.
An Kosten werden verzeichnet:
Berufungsbeantwortung verfasst, TB3B
150 % ES

Drafting of the Appeal Response, TB3B
150% ES

I would appreciate any help with these abbreviations.
Many thanks,

William

Discussion

Heidi Newby-Rose Mar 10, 2019:
I would use "standard rate" for ES
Steffen Walter Mar 10, 2019:
... and for ES, too ES = Einheitssatz - see http://hofer-zeni.at/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/KostenrechtA... (pp. 17-).

Mystery solved ... ... for the first one - see https://www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-english/finance-general...
John O'Brien Mar 10, 2019:
"s.A" could also be "samt Abgaben"
I could not find anything better than Tony TK's suggestion for "ES"
TonyTK Mar 10, 2019:
A couple of wild guesses ... "s.A" could be "siehe Anlage/Anhang";
"ES" could be "Eilsache", hence the higher rate ("150%")
