: Osteophytes? En castellano al menos, osteofito sería la denominación que me resultaría más natural en este contexto. No estoy seguro en inglés cuál es la denominación más común.

Thanks Chema, you are probably right. Exostoses is a broader term, but as the context strongly suggests degenerative 'exostoses', these would preferably be called osteophytes in English as well, AFAIK.
