Hi all,

I am translating the case documents for ownership proceedings and resumption of chain of title from Spanish (Spain) into British English and am having trouble with a phrase. Please see below for context:

'Previa su calficación y tras examinar los antecedentes del Registro y de la ATIB, el que subscribe ha inscrito el precedente documento, que consta liquidado en fecha 14/02/14 por el que se ha declarado extento, en cuya virtud queda inscrito el pleno dominio a favor de [applicant's name] reanudación del tracto...'

I'm not sure whether 'liquidado' refers to something being 'settled' or 'deleted'. The previous document mentioned above is a court order stating that the chain of title can continue, as he had proof that the successors to the estate had waived their right to the building. As a result of this, an entry in the register for this property was deleted, as it contradictory.
