Complete, with explanations:
here comes XY, a surveyor, born in XXX on 20 December 1980, tax code VBNM, who, traversing [(= denying and opposing)] everything which [the plaintiff] has produced [(e.g . by way of evidence)], alleged, and pleaded [(dedotto = facts alleged and pleaded)], claimed, and argued [(eccepito = legal situations and conclusions claimed and argued)], herewith seeks rejection of the plaintiff's complaint, deems it appropriate here to assert certain points of fact and law.

Note from asker:
Yes, I found that one but it does not answer the part I want. Eccepito is 'objected to'; dedotto is 'inferred' or 'raidsed' and prodotto may be 'produced' or brought forward'? I found this thread too: https://forum.wordreference.com/threads/in-fatto-ed-in-diritto.867215/ |
*raised, sorry-prodotto may be 'brought forward'? |
