ASSISTANCE REQUIRED

1. After obtaining the necessary judicial authority and/or court order, it is requested that the competent Judicial Authorities of Y register and enforce the confiscation order by realising the following assets: detail assets identified by the court to be available to be realised in the requested country.

2. When an asset is realised, to provide me with a certificate stating the following:
a. the asset that has been realised
b. the date of the realisation
c. the monetary sum obtained by the realisation.

3. To transfer the sum realized to provide court/Ministry bank account details into which the amount realised is to be paid, or refer to any asset sharing agreement between Kazakhstan and the requested country.

4. To the extent that any third parties assert an interest in any proceedings as a result of this request, to be informed that they are doing so, to see copies of the evidence on which they rely and to be afforded the opportunity (either directly or through you) to contest their claims.

5. I additionally request that any requisite court order or other order necessary to enable the provision of the above requested assistance be sought
