Russian to English Medical Biology (-tech,-chem,micro-) cell banks
Для каждого исследования, проводимого в рамках аттестации банков клеток, отрабатывалась методика проведения испытания. Разрабатывалась и утверждалась стандартная операционная процедура (СОП), описывающая методологию проведения исследования, критерии приемлемости банков клеток, а также содержащая разработанные стандартизованные формы рабочих протоколов и заключений.

The company worked out a procedure for each cell bank qualification test. It has developed and approved a standard operating procedure (SOP) describing the methodology of the test and cell bank acceptance criteria and providing standardized templates of working protocols and summary statements.

I'm unsure which word to choose for "заключений". There might be some other glitches in my translation.

I'm not so sure about conclusions, findings or statements. A conclusion is almost an abstract notion, it's rarely implied as something that is written as a report, you can have conclusions in a report but don't know if you can call a report conclusion. A finding is usually a result of an investigation or something very formal. A statement is something that is stated or declared e.g. декларация.

worked out testing procedures for each cell bank qualification test. - there are multiple tests and multiple procedures, and it says методика проведения испытания so it should probably be testing procedures.

cell bank acceptability criteria - I would use acceptability not acceptance. I think acceptance is the process of accepting whereas acceptability is whether they are acceptable.

I'm not sure about statements either because in Russian заключение can mean different things but I would use reports.
