This comes up in a report to an AGM of a Swiss housing association. I'm not sure whether the term "Akontorechnung" refers to an invoice on account, some sort of annual financial statement or something else entirely.

The term in context:

"Ab dem 01.01.2016 sind nun auch die Residenzen in den Kosten enthalten. Sie haben bisher 2 Akontorechnungen erhalten. Mit der Genehmigung des Budgets 2016 erhalten Sie nochmals eine angepasste Akontorechnung."
