"El examen del manguito rotador muestra la falta de visualización completa del tendón del supra-espinoso en probable relación a ruptura del mismo impresionando visualizarse muñón distal *proyectado* en reborde glenoideo. Se observa así también leves cambios hiperintensos en *proyección* del tendón del infra-espinoso y sub-escapular."

En el segundo caso, "proyección" podría significar "imagen", "corte". Si es así, eliminaría el término en la versión inglesa. En el primer caso me resulta confuso y no he encontrado fórmulas similares en castellano como para entenderlo mejor. Gracias.
