I know "cata" applies to meat as well, but without more context we don't know if that is the case here.

tasting Cata usually means tasting but i wonder if it's more than one type or preparation of beef. In that case you might want to use duo/trifecta of beef or beef 2/3 ways. Sampler might also be appropriate. Is there any more context you could provide?

Can we have more context? Like, where does it come from? "Cata" is usually short for "catadura", applied to wine tasting.... is this a tasting menu?

As cgowar notes above, "cata" usually refers to a tasing session, more often than not for wine, but also for other things.

It could also mean an event: beef tasting (where you can taste, e.g., roast beef, grilled beef, beef stew, etc.).
