He puesto "ante" en lugar por ejemplo de "la" ya que si no carecería de sentido el resto de la frase.
Se trata de una prohibición que se anuncia al principio del párrafo, ver la última frase: if we have taken steps to forbid, prohibit....you from doing so.

Sin duda debe tratarse de una cláusula que refleja las prohibiciones "Restrictions"
He puesto "ante" en lugar por ejemplo de "la" ya que si no carecería de sentido el resto de la frase.
Se trata de una prohibición que se anuncia al principio del párrafo, ver la última frase: if we have taken steps to forbid, prohibit....you from doing so.

Creo que el original está mal y que el sentido es el que indico, pero nunca se sabe qué se pudo querer decir. Yo intentaría aclararlo con el cliente.
En la segunda línea también hay un error (...promote that others ... to ... access).

No era consciente de este uso de "absent", para el que M. Florencia de unos enlaces en su respuesta. Creo que mi respuesta sigue siendo válida, pero he aprendido algo nuevo.
