in meinem Text zu landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen (hier: Schneckenkornsteuer) finde ich folgenden Satz:

=> Der Ausbringer mit bis zu drei Satellitendrehscheiben?
Es müssen auf jeden Fall Scheiben sein, die am Sprühgestänge angebracht sind.

Each rotating (satellite!) unit consists of a rotating disc each fitted with several (6-8) blades casting the slug pellet onto the field.
I'd suggest "Rotationsstreusscheiben" if it's about the correct part name, or shorter (for voice overs) "Steuscheibe".
To describe the entire unit on the tractor, or the usage, you can use "Scheibenstreuer" which is used by this catalog:

zugeordnete(r) Schleuderteller(-einheit/-baugruppe)
Schleuderteller heisst spinning disk bei solchen Anwendungen, zusammen würde ich das in etwa "mit bis zu drei zugeordneten, entlang dem Ausbringer angeordneten Schleuderteller(einheite)n/Schleuderteller-Baugruppen" o.ä. nennen.
