From a trial of an al-Qaeda sympathiser is Saudi, he says this:
«لو كنت يائساً من الحياة، لضربت رأسي في السجن أو أمامكم الآن».
I know it literally means "I would strike my head", but does it mean something else, e.g. "kill myself" or "shoot myself"?
