Serbian to English Medical Medical: Health Care

In a medical discharge report from Serbia, next to patient info at top of the page:

"obr.br. 1-11/2-Cr."

What does Cr. stand for?

Vesna Maširević May 30, 2011: Whatever it stands for I don't think you should translate it (as it's a part of the discharge note's ref. code). But I'm curious whether anyone will have an idea about what it actually means (if anything;)
