I cannot quite make out whether "mission" is literally mission, in this context. It seems a bit odd.

Supponiamo invece, di non avere la missione e di avere 2 tipi di pallet da controllare, dove però varia solo una delle 2 grandezze (lunghezza o larghezza), in questo caso per ottenere la classe dovrà esserci un sensore che rileva la grandezza variabile utilizzando un acquisitore di tipo PLC.
