Comment: "Thanks to all of you for your help. I'm still not sure what the correct translation of this sentence would be, but this is probably the option I would have gone for. I say "would have" because when I contacted the client and asked them what exactly this sentence meant they said they didn't know either, and consequently decided to remove this part of the text!
