I would go for swimming skills. Whilst it's not exactly the same sort of thing as "aquaticità" I think this is how we would describe general abilities in the water such as swimming and staying afloat.

: While we're at it, let's translate "scatto" with "scact"... Seriously, though, "aquaticity" may be used by one or two people, but that doesn't make it a commonly accepted word.
