"Bei Eignung als Model laden wir dich zu einem persönlichen Kennenlern- und Fototermin ein."
I am especially struggling with the "Kennenlern-Termin". Anybody have a good idea how to best adapt this to proper English? Thanks in advance for your help!

A Typical Photo Shoot
The first step – I can’t stress that enough – is meeting to get better acquainted.
That way, you get to know me better, understand how I work – and I... well... get inspired (or not, lol).
If it ‘clicks’, we make an appointment for the shoot.
A full photo session can take up to one hour (don’t worry, we take breaks every 10-15 minutes, as it can get pretty intense :).
I usually pick remote and silent locations, but any suggestions are more than welcome.
