A towed roller for compaction of clay soils, with one or more drums which can be water ballasted. The drums have a number of steel bars about 10cm long, wleded radially to their surfaces .... tamping roller, steel-wheeled roller. A tractor for compaction of soils, having two or more large steel wheels with TAPERED steel projections.
