The French tax authorities, the applicant in the case, are trying to prove that the defendants made use of a company set up by them to hold all their assets so that the tax authorities couldn't extract an enormous amount of back tax from them. The company was used to buy property, but the authorities allege that the agreements for the property acquisitions were actually made by the individual defendants. The court was asked:

"...de constater que le requérant est fondé à se prévaloir de ces conventions occultes, et de solliciter la réintégration dans le patrimoine des requis desdits biens et droits".

I'd be very grateful for any help with the meaning of "des requis" in this context, thanks.
