Les avis neutres ont raison de s\'être manifestés. Il ne s\'agit pas de blancs d\'oeufs mais de quoi s\'agit-il???? Qu\'est-ce qu\'une \"genoise with jilk\" (titre de la recette) dans laquelle il n\'y a que 15 g de jilk ou qu\'est-ce qu\'un \"chocolate jilk\"? Jilk désignerait-il toute une gamme de produits ayant tous pour point de faire gonfler? ....

Apparemment un ingrédient, pour l'instant je n'ai pas trouvé ce que c'était...j'ai trouvé aussi un 'chocolate jilk'. je cherche toujours

Genoise with jilk

Ingredients for 1.00 pieces at 100%

0.1 pc Eggs, large (class A)

6 cl Water

175 g Sugar

15 g Jilk

150 g Flour, White /type 405 (common)

25 g Starch, Corn (Maizena)

5 g Baking powder

- PUT EGGS, WATER, JILK AND SUGAR INTO A MACHINE BOWL.

- SIEVE FLOUR, STARCH AND BAKING POWDER, ADD INTO THE BOWL.

- WHIP 5 MINS ON FAST SPEED IN THE MIXING MACHINE.

- PLACE THE MIXTURE INTO 2 CAKE RINGS OF 24 CM DIAMETER AND BAKE AT 180-200°C.

IMPORTANT !!!

- DO NOT REDUCE THE QUANTITY OF THE RECIPE, IT IS POSIBLE TO MAKE A

LARGER BATCH BUT NOT SMALLER. NOTE THAT THIS SPONGE BASE CAN ONLY BE MADE

WITH THE HLP OF THE MACHINE, DO NOT TRY BY HND.
