Cosa si intende per una traduzione giurata (certificata, legalizzata, ufficiale)? Quali sono le tappe della traduzione giurata? Cos'è un'asseverazione? Come presentare i documenti originali, la traduzione ed il verbale di giuramento? Quando e perché si impone la LEGALIZZAZIONE o l'applicazione dell'APOSTILLE? Le istituzioni di competenza sono la Prefettura o la Procura della Repubblica?
I Tribunali italiani hanno una competenza territoriale, nazionale e internazionale? Una traduzione asseverata presso il Tribunale di Pisa sarà valida a Roma o negli Stati Uniti degli America? Quali sono i requisiti necessari per un eventuale legalizzazione consolare?

"The first hour was a perfect presentation of what a traduzione ASSEVERATA /giurata is, and how to do..." Read more it; when the teacher, Veronica, had finished the part of the lecture about THIS, she replied to our QUESTIONS, and so far so good, ONE hour had gone by, and, had the lesson finished THERE, i.e. had the lesson been just about TRADUZIONI ASSEVERATE/GIURATE, it would have been an example of perfect completness and perfect timing; but when the teacher attempted to ALSO teach about "Apostille- legalizzazione-Prefettura", well, that was clearly too much to fit in the ONE hour that she had officially granted, (at that stage it was already only three minutes to the hour or so): so she started RUSHED, and of course the result could only be that I got confused, even though the ProZ staff was so tolerant as to concede 45 extra minutes; you now, when the "atmosphere" starts to be "rushed", and the teacher is worried about having lasted beyound the official time limit, the attendees feel it, and especially when the attendees have already been paying keen attention for 60 minutes, their ideas become confused in their brains.
But it was VERONICA's first time giving a translation lesson online on the PrOZ-Cetrix platform, so she was even too good! The part about "Apostille- legalizzazione-Prefettura" clearly needs, by itself, and deserves a one hour, or even better one hour + 30 minutes for questions. Also, I suggest that next time the ProZ staff spend some more time counselling teachers giving a lecture on the Proz-Cetrix platform to make sure, through dialogue with them that they are not attempting to deliver ino ONE hour two or more different topics who need and deserve at lest one hour each; and also, please bear in mind that while the teacher thinks that you are allowing one hour for the lecture, in reality, the questions always last at leat 15 minutes, but most of the time 20 minutes are required to really give SOME satisfaction to the public answering just their most meaningful questions. SUMMING UP: next time please 45 minutes of lecture just on traduzione ASSEVERATA /giurata, + 20minutes for the related questions= TOTAL one hour + 5 minutes of kind tolerance by the ProZ staff; and three working days later (so that we can let that sink in), one full hour of lecture just on "Apostille- legalizzazione-Prefettura" followed by 30 minutes of question= Total 90 minutes, oh yes, they are required for this more thorny topic. Please ask Veronica to do one full hour of lecture just on "Apostille- legalizzazione-Prefettura", followed by 30 minutes of question= Total 90 minutes, oh yes, they are required for this more thorny topic. Please ask Veronica: I will pay for that!"
