Source text - English To a solution of 3-methyl-2-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzonitrile (1.4 g, 7.82 mmol) in MeOH (15 mL) was added a 4N aqueous solution of NaOH (10 mL). The resulting mixture was heated to 90 °C. After 15h the reaction mixture was cooled to ambient temperature then diluted with water (50 mL). The aqueous layer was acidified to pH 2 and extracted with EtOAc (50 mL) three times. The organic layers were combined, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by FCC.

Через 15 ч реакционную смесь охлаждали до комнатной температуры и разводили водой (50 мл). Водный слой подкисляли до pH = 2 и трижды экстрагировали уксусноэтиловым эфиром (50 мл). Органические слои объединяли, высушивали над Na2SO4, фильтровали и концентрировали. Остаток очищали методом колоночной флеш-хроматографии.

Source text - English A double-blind parallel group evaluation of the safety and efficacy of aceclofenac 100 mg bid compared with diclofenac 50 mg in patients with rheumatoid arthritis [a twelve week study ]
The groups were 153 (105) patients and 154 (90) patients respectively, in a double-blind randomized study of 12 weeks duration. Aceclofenac was at least equal to diclofenac in terms of efficacy but there were notable differences between therapies in terms of frequency and severity of AE reported, in favour of aceclofenac. A significant difference was detected between the treatment groups with more subjects on diclofenac experiencing AE considered to be related to treatment (p=0.012). Fifty-nine subjects (39%) in the diclofenac group and 37 (25%) in the aceclofenac group had treatment-related AE. This was particularly reflected in the gastro- intestinal AE, that were the ones reported at an incidence of over 5%. Nausea was the most common AE in aceclofenac group (6,5%). In the diclofenac group dyspepsia (8,9%), diarrhoea (6,4%), abdominal pain (5,7%) and nausea (5,7%) were the most common AE reported.
Translation - Russian Для сравнительной оценки безопасности и эффективности ацеклофенака (100 мг) и диклофенака (50 мг) было проведено двойное слепое исследование в параллельных группах продолжительностью 12 недель.
Группы для двойного слепого рандомизированного исследования продолжительностью 12 недель включали 163 (105) и 154 (90) пациентов, соответственно. По эффективности ацеклофенак как минимум не уступал диклофенаку, однако между группами отмечены значимые различия частоты и тяжести побочных явлений в пользу ацеклофенака. Различие между группами лечения было значимым: в группе диклофенака было больше пациентов с нежелательными явлениями (НЯ), расцененными как связанные с лечением (р = 0,012). НЯ, связанные с лечением, зарегистрированы у 59 (39%) пациентов в группе диклофенака и у 37 (25%) в группе ацеклофенака. В частности, это относится к желудочно-кишечным НЯ; сообщается, что их частота превышала 5%. В группе ацеклофенака самым распространенным НЯ была тошнота (6,5%). Kanüle und Röhrchen mit derselben Hand
halten, so dass kein Tropfen Blut verloren geht.
Einfacher ist es mit dem System Multivette®
LH, Sarstedt, D-51588 Nümbrecht. Röhrchen
mit Antikoagulanzien werden sofort nach dem
Füllen verschlossen und zur Durchmischung
mit dem Antikoagulans einige Male gekippt
(nicht geschüttelt).

капли. Удобнее использовать готовые
