Source text - English NPP Unit 4 is the pilot unit for trial operation of expanding the measurement range of primary system coolant temperatures and reactor vessel temperatures from the current upper limit of "˚C to "˚C. Following a successful trial period, the system needs to be endorsed by the regulator and it is scheduled to be implemented in YNPP Unit 3 by the end of next year but there is no fixed schedule available yet for Unit 1.

Source text - English The air-conditioning system (HVAC) for restaurants, cafés and catering premises must be installed by the Tenant. The air-conditioning system must not facilitate air circulation (i.e. it is necessary to supply 100% fresh air). An exemplary diagram of the air-conditioning device is depicted in diagram no.3. The supply unit will be fitted with a fan, filter, heater, cooler with a condenser (it is forbidden to use the coolants CFC and HCFC). The exhaust system will be fitted with an exhaust fan. It is possible to use an air-conditioning device with heat recuperation (e.g. plate recuperating heat exchanger)
Translation - Russian Система кондиционирования воздуха для ресторанов, кафе и предприятий общественного питания должна устанавливаться Арендатором. Система кондиционирования воздуха не должна производить циркуляцию воздуха (т.е. необходимо подавать только свежий воздух). Пример кондиционера приведен на схеме 3. Воздухозаборник будет оснащен вентилятором, фильтром, нагревателем, воздухоохладителем с конденсатором (запрещается использовать в качестве хладагентов фреон и гидрохлорфторуглерод (ГХФУ)). Source text - English The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) of 2004 is the federal law that guarantees a free appropriate public education to students with disabilities referred for or determined eligible to receive special education services. IDEA requires schools to provide parents of a student who is eligible for or referred for special education with a notice containing a full explanation of the rights available to them under IDEA, U.S. Department of Education regulations and the OSPI rules governing the provision of special education (Chapter 392-172A Washington Administrative Code (WAC)). This document conforms to the U.S. Department of Education’s Model Procedural Safeguards Notice (August 2006)
Translation - Ukrainian «Закон про освіту осіб з інвалідністю» (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)) 2004 р. є федеральним законом, який гарантує здобуття необхідної безкоштовної державної освіти учнями з інвалідністю, якщо їм було рекомендовано проходження спеціального навчання або якщо вони були визнані такими, що мають право на проходження спеціального навчання. IDEA вимагає, щоб школи надавали батькам учнів, які мають право на спеціальне навчання або яким рекомендовано проходження спеціального навчання, заяву, що містить повне роз'яснення прав, що надаються їм відповідно до закону IDEA, нормативних документів Міністерства освіти США та правил OSPI в області проходження спеціального навчання (Глава 392-172a Washington Administrative Code (WAC)).
