В соответствии с Семейным кодексом Российской Федерации Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет:
1. Утвердить прилагаемое Положение о деятельности органов и организаций иностранных государств по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации и контроле за ее осуществлением.
2. Возложить на Министерство образования Российской Федерации контроль за выполнением условий аккредитации представительствами органов и организаций иностранных государств при осуществлении деятельности в области усыновления (удочерения) детей на территории Российской Федерации.
3. Министерству иностранных дел Российской Федерации, Министерству внутренних дел Российской Федерации, Министерству юстиции Российской Федерации, Министерству здравоохранения Российской Федерации и Министерству труда и социального развития Российской Федерации в пределах своей компетенции оказывать содействие Министерству образования Российской Федерации в проведении аккредитации представительств органов и организаций иностранных государств по усыновлению (удочерению) детей на территории Российской Федерации.

In accordance with the Family Code of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation decrees:
1. To approve the attached Regulation on the activity of agencies and organizations of foreign states on the adoption of children in the territory of the Russian Federation and the control over its implementation.
2. To entrust the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation with monitoring the fulfillment of the conditions of accreditation by the representatives of agencies and organizations of foreign states when carrying out activities in the area of the adoption of children in the territory of the Russian Federation.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation, within the limits of their scope, to render assistance to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in accrediting representatives of agencies and organizations of foreign states for the adoption of children in the territory of the Russian Federation.
