SEPARATION DE BIENS
Les Futurs Epoux déclarent adopter pour base de leur union le régime de la séparation de biens, tel qu'il est établi par les articles 1536à1543 du Code civil.
En conséquence, chacun d'eux conservera la propriété, l'administration, la jouissance et la libre disposition des biens, meubles et immeubles, qui peuvent lui appartenir actuellement ou qui pourront lui advenir par la suite à quelque titre que ce soit.
Corrélativement, chacun des époux restera seul tenu des dettes nées de sa personne, avant ou pendant le mariage, sauf les exceptions prévues àl'article 220 du Code civil.
Ils ne pourront, l'un sans l'autre, disposer des droits par lesquels sera assuré le logement de la famille, ni des meubles meublants dont il sera garni, conformément àl’article 215 du Code civil.
Translation - Russian РЕЖИМ РАЗДЕЛЬНОГО ВЛАДЕНИЯ ИМУЩЕСТВОМ
Будущие Супруги заявляют, что принимают для основания своего союза режим раздельного владения имуществом, согласно статьи 1536 и 1543 Гражданского кодекса.
В результате, каждый из них сохранит собственность, управление, пользование и свободное владение имением, движимым и недвижимым имуществом, которые могут ему принадлежать в настоящее время или которые смогут ему попасть во владение в любом последствии.
Соответственно, каждый из супругов останется ответственным за свои долги, до или во время брака, за исключением предусмотренных положений статьи 220 Гражданского кодекса.
Они не смогут, друг без друга, располагать правами, касающимися жилья семьи и мебели квартиры, соответственно статьи 215 Гражданского кодекса.
