Bio

Hello and welcome!

As a British expat living, studying and working in France since 2002, juggling between English and French is part of my daily life and observing their differences and similarities has become a passion.

An internship within a well-respected translation agency in Bordeaux helped me gain the practical and technical skills needed for this job, as well as an insight as to what it is like to manage a translation business.

In 2017, I set up my freelance business. Since then I have been translating, transcribing, proofreading and MT post-editing for several agencies and direct clients in various fields such as anthropology, life sciences, medicine and business. I have had the opportunity to work on articles, clinical trial and product information, interviews and training documentation.
