- Conception et rédaction des annonces, des titres et des descriptifs

Source text - Russian СГР – свидетельство о государственной регистрации. Оформляется по итогам проверки санитарной безопасности продукции и регистрации ее в едином реестре Таможенного союза. В обязательном порядке СГР оформляется на товары, которые перечислены в Решении КТС № 299 от 28.05.10 г.
Оформляются СГР специалистами Роспотребнадзора и центров сертификации, у которых есть соответствующая аккредитация. Для получения документа производителем или поставщиком перечисленных видов товаров, в т.ч. импортных, им необходимо подать пакет определенных документов и сдать образцы своей продукции для проведения их исследований. Товары проверяются в лабораториях, аккредитованных Таможенным союзом. По окончанию исследований обязательно оформляются и передаются в центр сертификации протоколы.
Для оформления СГР предусмотрены специальные, защищенные бланки. При выдаче документа в нем указывают: номер и дату оформления документа, название товара, наименования предприятия, страны-производителя, название нормативного документа, область использования товаров, название документа, ставшего основанием для оформления СГР, название лаборатории, которая проводила испытания.
СГР можно получить только на один вид товара, срока действия у документа нет. Отозвать его могут эксперты, если ежегодная проверка продукции, которая обязательно проводится после госрегистрации, дала отрицательный результат. Качество товара должно оставаться на высоком уровне как до, так и после госрегистрации.
После оформления СГР на упаковку товаров наносится специальный знак, подтверждающий успешную проверку их безопасности.
Translation - English A State Registration Certificate (SRC) is issued after a sanitary examination of products and their registration in the Unified Register of the Customs Union. State Registration Certificates are mandatory for the goods listed in the Decision of Customs Union Commission № 299 of 28.05.2010.
State Registration Certificates are issued by experts of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights (Rospotrebnadzor) and accredited certification bodies. In order to obtain this document, the manufacturer or the supplier of the goods mentioned in the list needs to provide a set of documents and to submit samples of their products for examination. The products are examined in laboratories accredited by the Customs Union. At the end of the examination, it is mandatory that protocols are issued and transferred to the Certification Center.
State Registration Certificates are issued on special protected blanks. The issued document states: the number and the date of issue of the document, the name of the product, the name of the manufacturer, the country of origin, the name of the regulatory document, the field of use of the product, the name of the document that the State Registration Certificate was based on, the name of the testing laboratory.
State Registration Certificates can be obtained only for one type of product. The document does not have an expiration date. It can be retracted by experts if the results of the annual mandatory product examination following the State registration were not satisfactory. The quality of the product has to remain high both before and after the registration.
After the issue of the State Registration Certificate, the package gets a special label that serves as evidence of the products’ safety.

Born in Russia to a bilingual family, I grew up speaking
Russian and French natively. I spent most of my childhood between Russia and France, where I attended international English-speaking schools.
I began my studies in psychology and social work in Saint Petersburg, Russia and
later moved to France to study Linguistics at the Univerities of Montpellier, Grenoble and Strasbourg. In my final year at the university I also studied web development and completed a year as an apprentice at a web agency in Paris.
After graduating, I started working as a freelance translator specializing in IT, and for the past two years I have also been reviewing medical FR > EN translations on a daily basis.
