L’assemblée générale annuelle des membres de l’Association aura lieu à la date que le Conseil fixera chaque année. Cette date devra être un samedi, un dimanche ou une journée fériée au Québec des mois de Mai, Juin, Juillet, Août, Septembre ou Octobre de chaque année. L’Assemblée sera tenue à l’endroit déterminé par le Conseil, idéalement dans un endroit situé dans le Canton de Potton.
Le Conseil peut convoquer toute assemblée extraordinaire. De plus, le secrétaire sera tenu de convoquer une assemblée extraordinaire des Membres sur réquisition, écrite et signée, d’au moins cinq (5) membres en règle et cela dans les trente (30) jours suivants la réception d’une telle demande. Cette réquisition devra spécifier le but et les objets de cette assemblée extraordinaire. Les signataires de la demande écrite pourront convoquer eux-mêmes une assemblée extraordinaire si le Secrétaire ne s’exécute pas dans le délai stipulé.
Translation - English a) Annual General Meeting:
An Annual General Meeting will be held on a date to be fixed each year by the Board. This date shall be a Saturday or Sunday, or a Quebec Public Holiday, during the months of May, June, July, August, September or October. The Annual General Meeting will be held at a location to be determined by the Board, ideally one that is within the Potton Township.
The Board may also call for Supplemental Meetings to be held. Additionally, upon the request of any Member(s) in Good Standing, the Secretary will be required to call for a Supplemental Meeting to be held. Such a request must be made in writing, must be signed by at least five (5) Members in Good Standing, and must specify the purpose and objectives of the Meeting. Such a Meeting must be scheduled within thirty (30) days following the receipt of a Written Request. In the event that the Secretary does not make scheduling arrangements within the stipulated time frame, those requesting the Supplemental Meeting may proceed with its scheduling.
