I specialize in English-Italian, Italian-English, German-Italian, and French-Italian translations, spanning fields such as life sciences, medical, pharmacy, neuropsychology, neuroscience, IT, and software. My extensive experience includes clinical trials, linguistic validation, pharma EMA regulatory documents, and translations for information technology, medical devices, and psychology.
Academically, I hold a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Parma (2008) and completed a post-graduate course in Palliative Care and Pain Management in Oncology at the University of Bologna (2015). My linguistic foundation was laid at the University of Bologna (1987-1992), where I studied English, German, and French after graduating in accounting with a specialization in foreign trade and finance in 1985.
Since 2012, I've been a freelance translator, collaborating with organizations like RWS life sciences, mt-g Medical translation gmbh, Verba++, Language Scientific Inc., and MedBioteQ Srl in medical and life science projects. From 2016, I expanded into IT translation with RWS Moravia and Connect Global Srl.
