حقوق المستهلك
المادة 6
- أولاً : للمستهلك الحق في الحصول على ما يأتي :
أ - جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بحماية حقوقه ومصالحه المشروعة .
ب - المعلومات الكاملة عن مواصفات السلع والتعرف على الطرق السليمة لاستعمالها أو لكيفية تلقي الخدمة بالشكل واللغة الرسمية المعتمدة .
جـ - ما يثبت شراؤه أي سلعة أو تلقيه أي خدمة مبيناً فيها قيمة وتاريخ ومواصفات السلعة وعددها وكميتها ونوعها وسعرها .
د - الضمانات للسلع التي تستوجب طبيعتها مثل هذا الضمان وللمدة التي يتم الاتفاق عليها مع المجهز , دون تحميلها نفقات إضافية .
ثانياً : للمستهلك وكل ذي مصلحة في حالة عدم حصوله على المعلومات المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة إعادة السلع كلاً أو جزءا ًإلى المجهز والمطالبة بالتعويض أمام المحاكم المدنية عن الضرر الذي يلحق به أو بأمواله من جراء ذلك .
ثالثاً : الحصول على خدمات ما بعد البيع وفق الاتفاق المبرم مع المجهز .
رابعاً : حرية اختيار السلعة أو الخدمة المعروضة مقابل ثمنها دون أي تدخل من المجهز .

Consumer Rights
Article 6
I) The consumer shall have the right to obtain the following:
1- All information associated with protecting his legal rights and interests.
2-All information regarding goods specifications, manner of use or how to access the service in the official language and format.
3- Invoices for purchased goods or services received showing the value, purchase date, product specifications, number, quantity, type and price of the goods.
4- Commercial guarantees where the nature of the goods requires such guarantees for the period agreed upon with the trader at no extra cost to the consumer.
II) The consumer and interested parties have the right to return the goods partially or fully to the trader if the consumer is not provided with the information detailed in this article, and the right to claim compensation in civil proceedings for any harm or monetary loss sustained by the consumer as a result of this.
III) Receive after-sales services according to the agreement with the trader.
IV) Freedom to choose any goods or services in exchange for an agreed fee without interference from the trader.

I am a professional translator and I have worked on multiple translation projects
and assignments. Some of these assignments included translating articles
from academic journals, patent abstracts, medical literature (clinical
protocols, clinical trials, patient information and pharmacological studies),
smartphone user manuals, articles from scientific magazines and legal contracts related to disability and consumer laws.
Furthermore, I am an
experienced Court Interpreter. I have been working mainly as an HM
Courts and Tribunals Interpreter. This involves providing continuous
simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for defendants and court officials
of all open-court speeches including opening statements, examination in chief,
cross-examination, court rulings, etc.
I also work
as a Medical Interpreter. Previous assignments included interpreting in
different settings including advanced radiology, chemotherapy, neurology,
orthopaedics, plastic surgery, pre-surgical meetings, pre-op, post-op,
psychiatry, counselling, rheumatology, examination, diagnosis and anaesthesia in
various clinics and hospitals.
