Hello
As this is kit for support staff, I just don't see how it can be "tracker vest" from what we know (you don't track the support staff but the players)
I wonder if it is a satchel for carrying the equipment though, maybe with the detection equipment inside?

neutral  Cyril Tollari: I saw that too, i assume that support staff manages the players equipment since they have to collect and compile the data. Satchel is "sac, cartable, and mallette", and that’s it. Brassières are something you wear.
