English to French translations [Non-PRO]

English term or phrase: Checked in/Checked out
Bonjour,

Je traduis actuellement des instructions pour un site internet permettant de répondre à des sondages en ligne.
Je voudrais avoir votre avis sur deux termes que je rencontre, pour être sûre de faire une traduction appropriée :
"You are already Checked in to Another Visit"
"You can start Checking in only 15 minutes prior to a Visit"
"You can Check out only after you have Checked in"
"You are now Checked out"

Quels seraient selon vous la traduction pour "checked in" et "checked out" ?
J'avais pensé à "enregistrer" pour "checked in", mais je bloque pour "checked out" et je crains de peut-être mal saisir l'idée.

Ce sont des phrases seules, sans aucun autre contexte.
