Wordfast Pro 5 Saving Translated segments

Can someone clarify for me please.....does each segment have to be saved individually or can they be saved en masse at the end of translation. If so, how? Thank you.

OK I've compared (P 107 of User Guide) my layout under "Translate" (called TXLF Editor (!)) to the one shown and they are different. No "Commit all"
By luck I've found "Commit All" to the right (4 horizontal bars) So I'll have to remember it's there. (Can it be made apparent?).

The colour has changed to mauve (purple) which means TM is updated. What the green ticks mean, I don't know.
