Does anyone know of any speech recognition software that works with Trados Studio? There is software called Nuance that looks quite good but the company does not guarantee compatibility with Trados Studio.

Also try asking over in the official SDL forum, as the developers hang out there, and are bound to answer you personally: https://community.sdl.com/solutions/language/translationproductivity/f/90

Short answer: Dragon works very well with Studio, but you need to use a few tricks to get it to work optimally.

The more people who ask about speech recognition (and specifically about Dragon) over in the SDL Community Forums, the likelier SDL are to allocate some more of their resources to making SDL Studio fully compatible with Dragon. Apparently OS X Dictation works well with Trados Studio. Cost: nothing.
