No GT on Studio 2021

To my surprise Google API is not available in Studio 2021. There might be an app, but are there any issues with it? Does it work for all language combinations?
For the time being I'm back at 2017 version. Must be the most futile update ever (Studio 2021).

Install QTranslate and use GT and DeepL for free. It is not mentioned in the description, but you can assign a shortcut to replace any selected text with translation.
