"SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack" Not Installing

SDL Studio 2021.
Need to translated a TTX file.
Installed "SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack".
But Plug-in does not appear under "Installed plug-ins".
And "Additional Installed File Types exist" does not appear under "File Types".

Any suggestions?

Studio only downloads the plugin but you steel need to install it. Are you sure you installed it after downloading?

Yes, and the installation completes with no fail code.
I tried downloading the app, both via Studio and a browser, and installed it.
But nothing, anywhere.

SDL's use of Plugins is clearly to fight cracked versions of SDL Studio. Its fair enough they want to protect their software.
But at what cost?
So that us - who pay dearly for a licence - have to waste hours and hours trying to fix it?
