Word File in Tracked Changes does not open in Trados Studio 2017

Hi All,

I received a Word file with updates in tracked changes. Any suggestion on an easy way to take the word count of the updates only, taking into consideration that I'm using Office 365 and my OS is Windows 10. My CAT tool is Trados Studio 2019.
