Trados issues when trying to import a Trados-package (Trados 2017)

Hi everybody. Since 1 or 2 months sometimes I can't import a Trados-package and the error message wich I get includes "Access to path C/users/rossi/documents/Eigene Bilder has been refused". How can I solve this problem?
