Importare in DVX anche le variabili dell'indice di un file .docx

Ho vari file .docs che contengono variabili dell'indice nascoste, si possono vedere selezionando in Word Opzioni - Visualizzazione - Mostra tutti i segni di formattazione

Si tratta di voci tra parentesi graffe come questa: Der Indexeintrag besteht aus {XE" Produktbeschreibung" }. Su richiesta del cliente, devo tradurre anche la variabile "Produktbeschreibung".

Ho importato i file in DéjàVu X3, ma le variabili dell'indice nascoste non vengono mostrate, quindi non riesco a tradurle all'interno di DVX3. Qualcuno sa come fare in modo che vengano visualizzate anche all'interno di DVX3?
