请教：如何翻译 .aspx 格式的文件？

接到一个网站翻译的活，但发来的文件不是我常翻的 .htm 格式。而是一个网页对应着三个文件，分别为 .aspx, .aspx.cs, .aspx.resx 三种格式。我可以用 Tageditor 打开其中的 .aspx 文件并进行翻译，但另两个文件就不知怎样打开了。问客户，回答只说先把用 Tageditor 能打开的文件翻了。看来她也不太懂。
哪位高人给指点一下，感觉真是落伍了。

Hi April, 我搜索到了一点相关信息，希望有所帮助，我的理解是只翻译.aspx部分即可。

asp.net的项目（网站），界面和代码是分离的，.aspx部分是前台界面，其它两个文件是程序代码。

从这三种格式之间的关系看，应该是翻一个就行。我先翻一个，给客户发去看看。多谢！
