editor 和 proofreader 所做的工作是不一樣的.

這個標題似乎應該是editor會影響你的翻譯過程麼?

审阅需慎重，这不仅是对别人的尊重，也是对自己负责的表现。为了展示自己的所谓能力，横挑鼻子竖挑眼，显然做人不够地道。不过对于明显错误视而不见，那也不是职业素养所要求的。总之，做事要讲究章法，不能乱改，也不能不改。

最近让校对者很客气地说过几次，才发现自己有时真的不够仔细。所以一个好的校对者，可以帮助你提高翻译质量的。。

昨夜看到一个译审的工作征才 Feb 19, 2008

将近三万七千原文字，出价0.03美元，并附一段文字要应征者试译。我认为这样的价钱和征才方式合理。因为，应征者试译那段文字会是拿来与原译比对之用的，若翻译精确度合格，文风和原译相近，这样的译审才会是符合条件的人，也因此审阅修润的工作不会过于繁重，0.03美元足矣。
