How to disable Tags?

How to disable this tags completely? If it's impossible then how to disable popping-up menu "Automatic or Manual transfer tags..."?

You can activate automatic insertion at the segment end:

Then, if you don't want to see them, change the tag colour to white, here:

You can also hide tags in source via the menu.
