Hi there,

I have this project where the exported Word file won't open. It always gives me this message:

"Word experienced an error trying to open the file.
Try these suggestions.
* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.
* Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space.
* Open the file with the Text Recovery converter.
(Version 4_en-GB.docx)"

I've tried recreating the project with a different format file, importing the TMX and matching all, I've tried everything. The problem seems to be the original Word file, as in the one in the source language, but I can't figure out what the problem is.

Have you ever seen this? I'm sorry if this is not new. And yes, I did post a support ticket through CafeTran too.

I'm in about 10% of almost 700 segments... Even if I lose the 10%, at least I need to be able to export the file in a somewhat similar shape to the original later. ▲ Collapse

I sometimes get this problem too since upgrading to version 2019. The QA verifier says that everything is ok.

Update: I just installed the SR2 patch and now the file opens perfectly!
