I can't find any way to create an account on this page: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/discussions.

It seems clicking on "login" should direct you to a "create an account" option, but oddly, it doesn't.

I can't find any way to create an account on this page: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/support/discussions.

It seems clicking on "login" should direct you to a "create an account" option, but oddly, it doesn't.

I created an account here: https://www.cafetran.com/my-account/, but apparently those credentials don't work for the forum.

When I clicked on "I forgot my password", it cheerily informed me that "instructions to reset your password have been emailed to you." But I never received anything.

Anyhow, I can't figure out what to do next? ▲ Collapse

Everyone I know knows that and, by all means, so do you yet somehow just about everyone, myself including, can recall at least one instance of forgetting all about this option:-):

Did you check you Spam folder?

Like I said, I created an account there, but the credentials didn't work for logging in to the forums

I've repeated the process several times and checked my spam folder at least as many times (again just now). I think that, as Igor said, the site must be having some login issues
