If you're on a Mac and are looking for a simple solution to convert memoQ MQOUT packages to CafeTran, feel free to contact me for a solution. I have a Keyboard Maestro macro that calls some shell scripts in order to extract all content and even create a 2-column CafeTran glossary that you can use right away.
