How to easily combine TMX files?

Merge all TMX files in a folder into one big TMX file. Afterwards, do some cleaning to remove duplicates etc.

Hi, is the video available elsewhere?

Also, would that work with free version of CafeTran? what exactly is the limit on TM size?

I'm not sure. You'll have to try it yourself. (The limit on TM size for use during translation projects is not the same as the limit for use as a TMX editor.)
