I have received a Proz.com jobs email with the words 'urgent hiring' and 'regional resources' in the title. Being interested, I visited the link and found that the job is 'potential' job only and the advertiser wants the applicants to be from the city where the job will commence. This is misleading and waste of time for professionals.
Proz should consider some feature to limit posting such ads where the advertiser is looking for applicants of particular one city/place.

There should be some way that clients can be strongly encouraged to put the location in the title or in a field that's immediately obvious. And for those of us who give our place of residence, we don't need to receive notifications of such jobs that are far away.
