There is a release candidate for 5.10 that is now being beta tested and debugged.

I can confirm that bilingual export and import works on WFP5.
I exported 5 files as one docx bilingual file, sent to a client, then reimported the file with their correction

WFP5 is based on Java and chromium code so you can have the same application online or on your desktop. Java and chromium need a locally-hosted web server on the desktop version
