Вычислитель должен иметь в составе пульт оператора (ЖК дисплей, клавиатура, индикаторы аварий).
Для реализации возможности пересчета и приведения значений плотности и вязкости к температуре и давлению магистрального трубопровода, принято решение реализовать данные функции на компьютере потока OMNI 6000, с последующей передачей информации в систему SCADA.
Для реализации данного технического решения необходимо заменить существующий вычислитель расхода жидкости и газа модели Solartron 7950 на компьютер потока OMNI 6000. Для этого необходимо переподключить на него все необходимые сигналы технологических параметров. В помещении блока контроля качества нефти СОУ устанавливается взрывозащищенная соединительная коробка для переподключения кабелей от полевых приборов, подключенных ранее на вычислитель расхода жидкости и газа модели Solartron 7950. В связи с невозможностью подключить на OMNI 6000 проприетарный сигнал от визкозиметра напрямую, в качестве вторичного преобразователя (в токовые сигналы 4-20 мА) будет выступать существующий Solartron 7950. To allow a possibility of re-calculation and transforming the density and viscosity values to the temperature and pressure of the trunk pipeline it was decided to carry out these functions on OMNI 6000 computer with the subsequent information sending to SCADA system.
To fulfil this technical solution it is required to replace the liquid and gas flow converter Solartron 7950 for OMNI 6000 computer. To do this it is necessary to re-connect to it all the required signals with the process parameters. Inside the room of the oil quality control unit of the leak detection system it is installed the explosion-proof connection box for the cables re-connection from the field instrumentation that had been connected earlier to Solartron 7950 liquid and gas flow converter. Due to impossibility of connection to OMNI 6000 the proprietary signal from the viscosity meter directly as the secondary converter (to the current signals 4-20 мА) will serve the available Solartron 7950. From the connection box the signals are connected to OMNI 6000 computer installed in the pig trap shelter to the available instrument cabinet on the pull-out shelf.
OMNI 6000 computer shall be configured to carry out the function of giving the values of density and viscosity on 1237 km of the quality control unit of the leak detection system of the pig trap shelter to the temperature and pressure of the oil trunk pipeline. The computer shall have the required in/out boards (with a signals reserve not less than 10%) and the special-for-their aims weavings. The data sheet with the specific configuration of OMNI6000 is given in supplement А.
When developing the signal connection to OMNI 6000 computer the list of signals according to supplement B shall be applied.
To allow a possibility of connecting the temperature and pressure signals of the trunk pipeline for designed OMNI 6000 computer the signal multiple-socket are envisaged.

Source text - English In the event that this Agreement is an interested transaction as defined in applicable laws, the Parties shall ensure compliance with applicable law provisions in respect of the requirements to the procedure of approval of such transactions. Failure to comply with such requirements by either Party shall be the basis for unilateral termination hereof by the other Party.
2 (ii) No director, employee or agent of CONTRACTOR shall give to or receive from any party, including any director, employee or agent of COMPANY or any Affiliate, any commission, fee, rebate, or any gift or entertainment of significant cost in connection with the provision of Services hereunder, or enter into any business arrangement with any director, employee or agent of COMPANY or any Affiliates thereof other than under this Agreement, without giving prior written notice thereon to COMPANY. CONTRACTOR shall promptly notify COMPANY’s/ General Director or General Counsel of any violation of this Para. 2(ii) and any consideration received as the result of such violation shall be paid or credited to COMPANY. In addition, in the event that any violation of this Paragraph. 2 (ii) that occurred prior to the date of this Agreement has resulted in COMPANY’s consent to enter into this Agreement with CONTRACTOR, COMPANY may, at its sole option, terminate this Agreement at any time.

Source text - English Documented expenses for air travel or railway travel of CONRACTOR’s personnel from CONTRACTOR’s office to the place of rendering the Services is additional reimbursable expense under the Agreement (apart from the above stated CONTRACTOR's hourly rates). The COMPANY shall reimburse these travel expenses to the CONTRACTOR subject to COMPANY’s prior written approval of such travel by authorizing CONTRACTOR’s mobilization/demobilization. Travel time shall be considered 8 hours per day. Economy class is the authorized class of air travel and railway transportation. The CONTRACTOR shall confirm expenses by supporting documents with attached copies of detailed invoices, checks, and boarding pass. No travel expense shall be reimbursed without provision of listed supporting documents.
In cases when field design support expert will not be able to stay on camp, accommodations will be reimbursed. Four (4) stars or less is the authorized hotel class to accommodate CONTRACTOR’s personnel; standard is the authorized room category. Authorized hotel class or room category may be changed only upon prior written consent of the COMPANY.
The CONTRACTOR shall confirm expenses by supporting documents with attached copies of detailed invoices, checks, etc.
1.3.2. CONTRACTOR may at no additional cost for the COMPANY subcontract the provision of Services hereunder subject to obtaining COMPANY’s prior written approval without Services cost increase. The terms and conditions of such subcontracts are subject to COMPANY’s approval.

1.3.2.
