I am a native English speaker and Director at Crescent Translations Limited, a provider of specialist financial translation and localisation services for Japanese corporate and public sector clients. 

Previously, I was a Director at a major European investment bank, with a 25-year career as an equity investment analyst in the City of London. This included five years at Nikko Securities, one of the Japanese "Big Four" securities houses.

My specialist translation subject areas are business, finance, accounting, investor relations, law and regulation.

I was born in Tokyo and am now based in London, UK. I was educated at Oxford University and SOAS, London (Diploma in Japanese).
